Delightful fine quality print titled of a scene from a child's fairy story, c. 1890.

In this print a young boy is standing in a room full of tall columns and treasure. He is dressed in costume that is medieval in origin but has been modified to fit in with Victorian views, Standing across from him is a small dwarf-like creature who is bowing to the boy and holding out a sack. There is also some text underneath the picture, it states; "A little brown dwarf who seemed to be a guard over the treasures gave him a sack and motioned that Max should fill it and even helped him never saying a word." This print is 7" x 9".

Very Good condition. There is some foxing / brown edging.
