20th Century Turkish / Middle Eastern? Watercolor

Interesting Watercolor of a Unknown coastal city / town with Sailing Boats. Size: 141/2" x 10 1/4" frame size: 17 3/4" x 12 1/4". Old Wooden Frame. Replacement back board with some worm (treated) holes. The watercolor is signed signed SERF 35' in the bottom left corner. The watercolor appears to have been painted in 1935.
